Hoti slams KP government for compromising on provincial rights

PESHAWAR, (APP): President ANP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and former chief minister, Ameer Haider Hoti has said that it seemed the provincial government has compromised over the rights of the province by adopting criminal silence over the chronic issues being faced by the
people nowadays.
He said the target killing of ANP workers has reached an alarming level which was a clear proof of PTI-led ill governance in the province that has failed to provide protection to its people.
A statement issued from ANP Secretariat said here Tuesday Hoti was addressing worker convention in PK-34 Swabi.
He said the target killing of ANP’s active member, Jamshed Khan in Swat was a great loss for ANP and the party would stage protests on
April 13 in KP and FATA against lawlessness in the province.
The KP, He said was confronted with challenges like law and order, and delay in execution of much needed projects but Imran Khan, he added was busy in making tactics to find a way towards the chair of premiership.
He said that ANP rendered matchless sacrifices for the cause of peace but through a planned conspiracy in the province hurdles were created in its way during 2013 general elections and was deprived of peoples’ representation.
The KP people, he said have now come to the conclusion that they were deceived in the name of change and once again people were eyeing towards ANP for resolution of their problems.
Reacting upon the killing of ANP worker in Swat, Hoti said it has now became unbearable for ANP to keep silent on such grave issues and the party would adopt a strict police in future in this connection.
The convention was also addressed by provincial general secretary ANP, Sardar Hussain Babak, Senator Sitara Ayaz and Amir Rehman.
