Bazaz urges India to start dialogue on Kashmir

ISLAMABAD, (APP): The Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum (JKDF) has warned India against ignoring Kashmiri people in any resolution process.
According to KMS, JKDF President Pandit Bhushan Bazaz in a statement
describing Indian Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s assertions made in Jammu that people of Kashmir had no role to play in the resolution of the Kashmir dispute as her ignorance of the subject.
Bazaz urged the BJP leadership to shun its ostrich like attitude and adopt a realistic approach to initiate a meaningful dialogue to resolve the Kashmir dispute.
He said ignoring the people of Kashmir in any resolution process would not only be against the universally accepted political norms but also be in
contravention to the principles of human dignity.
This would not be acceptable to the people of Kashmir, he added.
