Toll rises to 91, troops martyr 2 more students in held Kashmir

ISLAMABAD, (APP): Indian troops, in Indian occupied
Kashmir, killed two more students including a teenager in Islamabad and
Baramulla districts, raising the death toll to 91 in the uprising
triggered by the killing of mujahid commander, Burhan Muzaffar
Wani by Indian troops on July 8 in the territory.
Naseer Ahmad Dar, 20 year-old, was killed and over 150
people were injured after Indian paramilitary personnel fired
bullets and pellets on protesters at Seer Hamdan in Islamabad
district,Kashmir Media Service reported.
A 35-year old woman, Tasleema was critically injured when
she was hit by teargas shell.She was shifted to a Srinagar hospital for treatment.
Another 17-year boy, Musaib Majeed Nagoo succumbed to his
injuries at a hospital in Held Srinagar.He was brutally injured by the
Indian forces in Wadoora area of Baramulla district on Sunday.
More than 11,000 people have been injured in the Indian forces’
violent actions during the past two-month period.
Meanwhile, thousands of people participated in the funeral
prayers of the teenage boy, Musaib Majeed Nagoo, at his native
Sonwani village in Langate area of Kupwara district, Wednesday.The
boy was laid to rest amid pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.
The authorities imposed curfew-like restrictions in Held Srinagar
and other parts of the Kashmir Valley on the 61st consecutive day.
However, people defied the restrictions and staged anti-
India and pro-freedom rallies and protests in many areas of the
occupied territory.
