Over 100 civilians killed, over 15,000 injured: JKCCS

ISLAMABAD, Oct 17 (APP): The Jammu and Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) has said that over 100 civilians have been killed and more than 15,000 injured by forces personnel in past over three months uprising in the Valley. JKCCS President, Parvez Imroz in a statement issued in Srinagar said since the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani on July 8, Kashmir has witnessed gross violations of human rights in the form of extrajudicial executions, injuries,illegal detentions, torture, vandalism of civilian properties, banon congregational religious activities, media gags and ban on communication and Internet services, KMS reported.
