ISLAMABAD, Oct 20 (APP): Zakat and Ushr Department, KPK has distributed cheques of financial assistance under the `Guzara’ allowance and dowry scheme among over 200 deserving people in Lakki Marwat. According to private news channel (Samaa), District Zakat Chairman Maulana Asadullah said that Zakat is a very important responsibility in Islam and its distribution requires extreme caution and honesty. He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is making efforts for extending maximum help to the destitute women, students and unemployed youth.
