ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP): Illegally detained Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik, has said that New Delhi and its puppet administration have waged a war against the people of the territory. According to Kashmir Media Service, Muhammad Yasin Malik, who is in police custody and undergoing treatment at Soura Institute of Medical Sciences in Srinagar, declined to meet a proposed Indian delegation that was seeking to visit him at the hospital.
