KARACHI, Oct 26 (APP): Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians(PPPP) has issued the party ticket to Abdul Hakeem Baloch to contest by-elections here in NA-258 Malir. Abdul Hakeem Baloch was elected from Constituency NA-258 districtCentral – Malir in the General Election-2013, but he had changed his party,said a statement on Wednesday. It may be noted here that the Election Commission has announcedto hold by-elections in NA-258 on November 22.
