LAHORE, Oct 29 (APP): Punjab Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer on Saturday said quality training was the backbone of Rescue 1122 and no compromise could be made on it. He expressed these views while addressing to administration, instructors and cadets of the Emergency Services Academy during his visit to the training institute.
