ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP): Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday allowed Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) to hold November 2, sit-inat designated place and restrained it from locking down thecity. The court also ordered the government to ensure law and order and public safety in the city during the protest. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard petitions for restraining PTI from shutting down the city on November 2, and seeking directions for PEMRA not to telecast Imran Khan’s speeches, interviews as he was still at large and did not surrender himself before the court even after the issuance of his arrest warrants.
