PTI postpones ‘lock-down’, decides to celebrate ‘thanksgiving’ day on Nov 2

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday said its November 2 lockdown will now be marked as a day of thanksgiving in Islamabad.
Talking to media, chairman Imran Khan said that his party will celebrate Supreme Court’s decision to form a commission on Panamagate on November 2 at Islamabad’s Parade ground at 2 pm instead of going ahead with his planned lock-down.
“Go home and rest,” Khan told supporters, “You have to return to Islamabad tomorrow to celebrate thanksgiving at Parade Ground.”
