European stock markets ahead at open

LONDON, Nov 1, (APP/AFP) – Europe’s main stock rose at the start of trading on Tuesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.4 percent at 6,982.20 points. In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 won 0.6 percent to 10,724.14 points and the Paris CAC 40 index added 0.5 percent to 4,532.34 compared with Monday’s close.
