ISLAMABAD, Nov 2 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Wednesday formed a committee headed by the Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain to investigate the incident at Gaddani shipyard resulting in loss of lives. Terming the tragedy as “very unfortunate”, the Prime Minister ordered an immediate inquiry to ascertain the reasons.
