Repatriation of NWA displaced persons to resume

ISLAMABAD, Nov 6 (APP): Administration of North Waziristan
Agency (NWA) has announced to resume the repatriation of temporary
displaced persons from Monday.
According to schedule issued by FATA Disaster Management
Authority (FDMA), the process will continue from November 7 till
November 10 during which displaced persons of Mir Ali subdivision
would be repatriated, reported a private news channel (Dunya
News).
The schedule said that 460 families of Aziz Khel, Sheikh
Wadi and Machi Khel tribes would return to their areas on Monday.
As many as 450 families have been registered to return to
their areas on November 8, 467 families on November 9 while 470
families would be sent back to their areas on November 10.
It merits a mention here that the administration halted the
repatriation process for an indefinite time a few days back which
sparked disappointment among the displaced population of NWA.
