LAHORE, (MILLAT+APP): Governor Punjab Malik Muhammad
Rafique Rajwana Tuesday congratulated new Chief of Army
Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
In a message issued here, he said new Army Chief
General Qamar Javed Bajwa has got the honour to command best
army of the world and the nation was proud of its brave army.
He hoped that new COAS would be proved a best commander
for defence of the country.
Rajwana also paid tribute to the services of Gen.
Raheel Sharif and said Raheel Shareef’s national and
military responsibilities to combat terrorism would be written
in golden words in national history.
He said armed forces led by Gen. Raheel Sharif had
broken the back bone of the terrorists and their facilitators.
