ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT+APP): PIMS Administrator Dr. Altaf Hussain
on Thursday confirmed that so far 28 bodies of PIA plane crash
victims have been shifted to PIMS.
Taking to APP, he said that remaining bodies will also be
shifted today. The bodies were shifted to OCH PIMS through 1122 and
Edhi ambulances.
He said that the DNA sampling procedure of family members of
deceased will be completed today.
He said the complete identification process through DNA will
take 6 to 7 days. He added besides PIMS technical assistance of
other hospitals will be obtained in matching of DNA sequences.
He said best available facilities are being provided to the
family members of the victims and a well organized facilitation
center has been formed at PIMS.
