Syed Ali Gilani warned that if once again people got
deceived by their hollow slogans, it would not only be disastrous
for the people but these beasts would feel encouraged to suck their
blood in future as well.
Hurriyet leaders, Ghulam Nabi Sumjhi and Mukhtar Ahmed Waza,
addressing the gathering said the Kashmiri martyrs’ sacrifices, which had centre-staged the Kashmir dispute at the global level, would not be allowed to go waste and their mission would be accomplished at all costs.
They said that peace and stability in South Asia would
continue to remain a distant dream till the settlement of the
Kashmir dispute. They urged the international community to play
its role in resolving the dispute according to the aspirations of
the Kashmiri people.
The Chairman of Hurriyet forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in a
statement in Srinagar paid homage to the martyred youth. He said
Kashmiri youth, who were being pushed to the wall by Indian
oppression, were not ready to accept the Indian subjugation but
were ready to fight to free their motherland.
The Mirwaiz said such sons of soil were heroes of Kashmiris,
we salute their supreme sacrifices.
