ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT+APP): Federal government has expedited
land acquisition process for construction of Dasu dam.
Radio Pakistan quoting WAPDA sources said that forty
two billion rupees have been sanctioned for this purpose in public
sector development programme. World Bank and China have expressed willingness to finance the project.
On completion, the dam will generate five thousand and four
hundred Mega Watt electricity.
