ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT+APP): As part of its nefarious designs to
change the demographic composition of the territory, Mehbooba
Mufti-led PDP-BJP regime has finally started issuing domicile
certificates to non-Kashmiris.
According to Kashmir Media Service, reports said, following
the orders of Government of India, the PDP-BJP regime has asked
Naib Tehsildars to issue domicile certificates to the West
Pakistani non-Kashmiri Refugees.
Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Dr Pawan Kotwal, told media
men that the Indian government issued an order to the puppet
administration to issue certificates to the West Pakistani
Refugees with a specific format mentioning that they were residing
in the occupied territory.
The BJP, which wants to give citizenship and voting rights
to these refugees, said that this was just the beginning and they
would be given all the privileges enjoyed by the people of
occupied Kashmir.
Under the State Subject Law of Jammu and Kashmir, no non-
Kashmiri can acquire the citizenship of Jammu and Kashmir.
However, Narendra Modi-led Indian government is hell bent to
distort this law to change the demographic composition of occupied
Kashmir by settling the non-Kashmiris in the territory.
During campaign for elections of Indian Lok Sabha, Narendra
Modi in a rally at Hira Nagar in Jammu in March 2014 had announced
to grant citizenship and voting rights to the West Pakistani
Refugees.
