ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT+APP): Renowned lawyer and counsel of
former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in a landmark case,
Abdul Hafeez Lakho has passed away on Saturday.
Abdul Hafeez Lakho was the counsel Pakistan People’s Party
(PPP) founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in murder case of former
Advocate General Sindh Nawab Muhammed Khan, reported a private
news channel.
All judicial affairs have been put on hold in Karachi’s City
Court today at the request of Karachi Bar Association.
Meantime, all judicial affairs of Sindh High Court have also
been postponed owing to his death.
His son, Mubeen Lakho is a famous lawyer at Sindh High
Court.
His funeral prayer will be offered at Karachi’s Masjid
Sultan after Zuhr prayer today.
