MULTAN, (APP): Two citizens were deprived of cash
and mobile phones in separate incidents here Saturday.
According to police, Abdul Ghani resident of Raja Colony
was returning home when outlaw Faysal along with his unknown
accomplices intercepted him in limits of Mumtazabad police
station.
They held him hostage at gun point and snatched cash
and mobile phone worth Rs 25000. The accused also tortured Abdul
Ghani as he tried to resist the dacoity bid and escaped.
In another incident, Rafique resident of Gulshan Faiz Colony
was standing outside his house when two unidentified armed outlaws
snatched mobile phone worth Rs 20,000 from him at gun point and
fled.
Police have registered separate cases and started investigation.
