Tokyo stocks down at break

TOKYO, (MILLAT/APP/AFP) – Tokyo stocks fell Tuesday
morning, in line with a broad regional retreat with exporters weighed by a stronger yen while profit-takers moved in after recent strong gains.
Tokyo’s benchmark Nikkei 225 index lost 0.16 percent, or 31.33 points, to 19,427.82 by the break, while the Topix index of all first-section issues fell 0.12 percent, or 1.91 points, to 1,552.29.
