BAGHDAD, Feb 20, (MILLAT): The United States is not about to plunder Iraq’s oil reserves, Defence Secretary Jim Mattis, who arrived in Baghdad Monday, said in a bid to soothe Iraqi partners rattled by remarks
President Donald Trump made.
