LAHORE, Mar 3 (APP): Active support of masses is must
for complete elimination of terrorists and extremists from the
society.
PML-leader and MNA Rana Afzaal Hussain said this while talking
to APP here on Friday.
He said that every citizen needs to keep eye on suspicious
persons and their activities and law enforcement
agencies should be informed in this regard.
He said the government had taken a bold decision to
hold final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) in Lahore.
“Cooperation of the entire nation is needed for foiling
nefarious designs of enemies of Pakistan for making this match
successful”, he said.
He said that the provincial government had called Rangers
in Punjab so that the terrorists and their facilitators could
be eliminated.
He said the operation would be carried out against
terrorists only without any racial discrimination.
To a question, he said the government had decided to
constitute a joint committee for redressing genuine complaints
of KPK brethren which would take steps for resolving the
complaints.
He said that Pakistanis are a peace loving nation but
their enemies are trying to promote negative image of the
country.
