KARACHI, Mar 4 (APP): Chairman KMC Malir Jan Muhammad Baloch Saturday said that aggressively participation in the upcoming census is our national responsibility.
He, however urged the need for creating awareness about importance of
the national census among the masses.
He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting along with
Vice-Chairman Abdul Khalid Marwat regarding upcoming national census, said
a statement.
Jan Baloch said that every family must ensure registration of their
family members with census staff and urged for obtaining CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), to fully participate in the census as it is our national responsibility.
He said that provision of basic necessities including provision of
better education, health and water are his priorities.
The meeting presented number of proposals including giving priority to
the education department staff for carrying out census responsibilities, redressel of complaints in obtaining CNIC, etc.
