Afghanistan’s cooperation to help wipe out terrorists: Yousuf

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT/APP): Minister for Religious Affair and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousuf has said that Afghanistan’s cooperation would help wipe out terrorists besides ensuring peace in the region.
Talking to a news channel, he said Afghanistan should not allow any element to use its soil against Pakistan.
He said Pakistan had been hosting millions of Afghan refugees for the last four decades.
He hoped that Afghanistan would never forget Pakistan’s unprecedented
sacrifices in this regard.
He said Pakistan always stood by Afghanistan during critical hours and now it should cooperate with Pakistan to eliminate terrorist elements to ensure peace in both the countries.
He said government was striving to strengthen interfaith
harmony in the country in consultation with religious scholars.
