Efforts expedited to provide civic facilities in Malir’s hospitals: Commissioner

KARACHI, (MILLAT/APP): Commissioner Karachi Ejaz Ahmed Khan
said on Thursday that the efforts have been stepped up for providing
water, electricity and gas connections to the newly constructed hospitals
in rural areas of the city’s Malir district.
He stated this in a meeting with Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC)
officers. Deputy Commissioner Malir Syed Muhammad Ali Shah and
Assistant Commissioner Murad Memon Asad ullah Abbasi were also
present, said an official statement.
Ejaz Ahmed instructed Deputy Commissioner Malir to remove
any difficulties in the provision of basic facilities at these
hospitals.
He also informed that the Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali
Shah during his recent visit to district Malir had instructed that
free of cost quality medical facilities be provided to the people
of Malir district, besides the provision of gas connection to the
36-bed hospital at Dumba Goth Malir, and other civic facilities.
