HYDERABAD, (MILLAT/APP): The Assistant Commissioner (AC)/Assistant
Director Anti Encroachment Kotri has directed the management of
Archroma Pakistan Limited, a chemical company, to remove illegal
encroachment and structure from public property within three-day.
He also directed the management to appear in the office of the Deputy
Commissioner, Jamshoro with relevent documents/report by March 15, said a statement.
The AC issued such notice to a chemical company, on a complaint filed by the residents of village Ramzan Rajar and its adjoining localities regarding the matter.
He directed the Managing Director of Archroma Pakistan Limited to appear in person and submit a detailed report to the Deputy Commissioner, Jamshoro after removal of all encraochments and structures if any, from the public property.
