Rivers flows, reservoirs level report

ISLAMABAD, (APP): The position of the river inflows and
outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs
levels and the barrages Tuesday is as under :
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 26200 cusecs and Outflows 51300
cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 10800 cusecs and Outflows 10800
cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 16100 cusecs and Outflows 44000
cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 7400 cusecs and Outflows 3000
cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 81900 cusecs and Outflows
76400 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows 78100 cusecs and Outflows 56000
cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 57500 cusecs and Outflows 49000 cusecs,
Panjnad: Inflows 24600 cusecs and Outflows 19100 cusecs, Guddu:
Inflows 58600 cusecs and Outflows 52900 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows
45400 cusecs and Outflows 17700 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 4000 cusecs
and Outflows Nil.
Reservoirs ( Level and Storage):
Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present
level 1447.67 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live
storage is 1.426 million acre feet (MAF).
Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level
1104.80 feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage is
0.699 MAF.
Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present
level 644.80 feet, maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage
is 0.135 MAF.
The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and
Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have
been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows
have been gauged at 6.00 a.m.
