SARGODHA, (MILLAT/APP): Additional District and
Session Judge Muhammad Abu Bakr on Saturday awarded
death sentence to an accused of murder case.
According to court sources, the accused Ahmad Ali
resident of Chak 107-SB along with his accomplices had
gunned down Ansr Ali over a family dispute.
After hearing the arguments the Judge awarded
death sentence to the culprit along with fine
Rs 200,000.
While the court has acquitted the other co-accused
Masood Ahmad giving him advantage of doubt.
