Killer SP seeks exemption from appearing before court

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT/APP): In occupied Kashmir, Hans Raj
Parihar, the former SSP involved in picking up of many civilians,
murdering them in staged gunfights for money has sought exemption
from appearing before the court for hearing in the murder case of
Abdul Rahim Padroo, a carpenter.
Deputy Superintendent Bahadur Ram, Constable Bansi Lal and
others were also sought by the court for killing Abdul Rahim
Padroo in 2006, KMS reported.
The court directed SSP Parrihar to be present on next
hearing on 11th April, 2017. Parihar has been released on bail by
the High Court in November last year after the puppet
administration submitted “no objection certificate.”
Parihar had filed the petition before the high court’s Jammu
wing and was granted bail, which was later extended from time to
time.
Two other cases had been also filed for against Parihar for
killing Showkat Ahmad Kataria and Ghulam Nabi Wani of Kokernag, a
cloth merchant.
