Sacrifices of Kashmiris to not go in vain: Mirwaiz

ISLAMABAD, Apr 2 (APP): Chairman of Hurriyet forum and head
of Awami Action Committee (AAC), Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in occupied
Kashmir, vowing that the resistance leadership will take martyrs’
mission to its logical conclusion, has said that the sacrifices of
Kashmiris will not go in vain.
According to Kashmir Media Service, on the directives of
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who continues to be under house arrest a
delegation of AAC led by its senior member Abdul Salaam Khanday
visited the residence of Tawseef Ahmad Wagay at Kulgam and
expressed solidarity with family members of the martyred youth.
“On the occasion, Mirwaiz, whose social political and
religious activities have been restricted by the authorities,
talked to the bereaved family members over telephone. Assuring
them that sacrifice of martyr Tawseef and thousands of others will
not go in vain, the Mirwaiz said the Kashmiris and the resistance
leadership would take the mission of martyrs forward at any cost
till it reaches its logical conclusion.”
The AAC also denounced the house arrest of Syed Ali Gilani,
Muhammad Yasin Malik, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Advocate Shahid-ul-
Islam, Farooq Ahmad Saudagar, Abdul Rashid Tanki and other
Hurriyet leaders and activists.
