World HR bodies urged to help release Khan Sopori in IOK

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE/APP): General Secretary of Jammu and
Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL), Master Abdur Rasheed Wani and
spokesman Ghulam Qadir Rah, in Indian occupied Kashmir has
condemned the illegal detention of Hurriyet leader, Ghulam
Mohammad Khan Sopori and urged the international human rights
organizations to play role in his release.
According to KMS, Master Abdur Rasheed Wani and spokesman
Ghulam Qadir Rah in their joint statement issued in Srinagar said
that the elderly Hurriyet leader had been suffering from several
diseases and his continued illegal detention would further
deteriorate he health.
They said that Ghulam Mohammad Khan Sopori had been sent to
Jammu jail after slapping draconian, Public Safety Act (PSA) on
him which was injustice.
