LAHORE, (APP): Shahbaz Taseer, son of former governor
Punjab Salman Taseer, arrived at the Allama Iqbal International
Airport on Wednesday from Quetta.
Shahbaz Taseer, flown by special aicraft from Quetta,
was received here at the Airport by his family members. Emotional
scenes were witnessed at the time of his reunion with the family.
He was kidnapped some four and a half years ago and
recovered by intelligence agencies on March 8 (Tuesday) from
Kuchlak in Balochistan province.
The special aircraft landed at the Airport 30 minutes
prior to the scheduled landing time, a day after he was
recovered from captivity. Later, he was escorted to his
Cantonment home, amid tight security.
