MULTAN, May 20 (APP): A finance sub-committee has given
approval of over Rs 3.81 billion WASA budget for fiscal year
2017-18.
The expenditure volume has been showed Rs 4.26 billion for
upcoming the fiscal year and WASA will face over Rs 450 million
deficit during 2017-18.
The finance sub-committee meeting headed by Director Finance,
Admin and recovery WASA Mian Abdul Ghafoor was held here on
Saturday in which Mirza Sikandar Baig from Finance Department
Punjab, Shahid Mahmood from Housing, Muhammad Akbar from P&D
departments and others participated.
The sub-committee has given approval for sending it to
the next MDA governing body meeting.
