ISLAMABAD, May 26 (APP): Economic Expert Sikandar Hameed
Lodhi Friday said the government has presented pro-people budget
as many incentives have been announced for various sectors.
Talking to PTV, he said increase in salaries and pensions of
government employees would raise their living standard.
He said the government has announced to merge adhoc
allowance in basic pay besides increasing 10 percent salary that
would leave positive impact on livelihood of public servants.
He also welcomed announcement of a special allowance for
personnel of Pakistan Army who had been giving sacrifices in war
against terrorism.
