CM approves funds for Jaglot water supply schemes

GILGIT, May 29 (APP): Chief Minister (CM) Gilgit Baltistan, Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman has approved funds for completion of incomplete water supply schemes for Jaglot to provide quality water services to the people.
He said this while talking to people of Jaglot during his visit to the area where the CM inspected proposed site for the office of Assistant Commissioner and directed expediting work on it.
The CM said surplus electricity would be provided to other districts after completion of the regional grid.
He said Pakistan was rising under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif as his government has achieved historic milestones in all spheres of life during last four years and no one can stop Pakistan from getting status of a developed economy in world.
The CM said presentation of fifth budget, significant reduction in corruption, maintaining governance and record increase in foreign exchange reserve by 100pc besides successful holding of sixth national census were the major feats of PML-N government.
The CM said CPEC was a gift of Prime Minister for the people of Gilgit Baltistan that would change the destiny of province’s people.
He directed the authorities concerned to keep close eyes on quality of the ongoing projects and ensure its timely completion.
