ISLAMABAD, Mar 13 (APP): The Election Commission of
Pakistan (ECP) would hold by-election in NA-267 (Kacchi-Cum-Jhal
Magsi) on April 28 and issued schedule.
According to the schedule issued by the ECP, nomination papers
can be filed by candidates from March 24 to 25. The scrutiny of
nomination papers will be performed on March 29 and 30.
Appeals against the decision of Returning Officer about
rejecting or accepting nomination papers can be filed on April 2,
which would be decided on April 6.
The candidates can withdraw nomination papers by April 7. The
revised list of candidates would be issued on April 8.
The seat was vacated after the de-notification of MNA Khalid
Hussain Magsi in pursuant to the judgment of Supreme Court.
